Hell Fire Performance Is A Dynojet Dynamometer Motorcycle Tuning Center. Power Commander and Yoshimura EMS mapping. Hell Fire Performance is owned by Cyrynda Walker a New Hampshire businesswoman with multiple degrees and a long resume of business and program management. She formerly held the position of Northern New England Regional Representative for the American Thunderbike Club. Technical Operations are managed by Craig Walker. Craig is a Principal Engineering Technician with a semiconductor capital equipment manufacturer in Massachusetts. While his previous education was in Engineering Science, he also holds a degree in Business – Quality Assurance Management from Hesser College in Manchester N.H. While these things are fine to list on a resume for business applications, the average racer or rider probably cares little about what business or technical school one has been to when considering motorcycle tuning. That’s where the not so public side of Craig’s resume enters the discussion. Craig has been riding and racing motorcycles for more than 20 years. From the time he brought his first dirt bike home as a pre-teen in the late seventies, he has been subscribing to multiple monthly publications on motorcycles. This led to more reading of books and other publications. When he ran out of things to read he experimented and developed his own ideas and inventions for motorcycle performance. Some worked, many didn’t. The road to knowledge is certainly not paved with first time success. This was learned the hard way. His passion for dynamometers and tuning began at this young age. He dreamed of one day operating the “fabled” dyno. While attending college Craig worked in one of New England’s largest motorcycle dealerships servicing Honda, Suzuki and Yamaha motorcycles, snowmobiles, power equipment and personal watercraft. It was during this time that he landed a position on David Twiss’s NHKA karting team. The team raced Formula E, Formula 200, Twin Engine Superkart and 250cc (Rotax 246 powered) six-speed shifter kart at tracks like Loudon, Lime Rock Park and Watkin’s Glenn. David won two regional championships and his father (John) collected several event victories. The track experience was key in landing a position on Ed Abdo’s AMA Pro-Twins Superbike team. Ed was regional champion and enjoyed mild success at the national level battling the Erion brothers on great American tracks like Loudon, Road Atlanta, Daytona and Pocono. This is where he learned of tuning tricks that are amazingly powerful and others that do not seem to work at all. The dyno doesn’t lie. Ed’s time spent tuning using a Superflow 901 engine dynamometer only helped to fuel Craig’s desire to own one of these tools. Craig enjoyed a brief road racing stint aboard a Middle Weight Supersport entry in LRRS. He also raced 600 Production and Middleweight Superbike. His motorcycle road racing was sidelined when he joined the JT-Racing group supporting multiple Sports and Formula car teams at both the regional and national level. Preparation was key in this venue and every racecar was ready to rock prior to being loaded in the trailer. No last minute tinkering at the track, adjustment and tuning only! The auto racing left little time for serious motorcycle road racing so Craig enjoyed some runs at the local drag strip whenever he could squeeze it into his schedule. Although he had run at the dragway previously he had only gone with friends on “street night” or ” grudge night” as it was called back then. This got Craig into the Nitrous Oxide phase. Tweaking his nitrous system for maximum performance, it wasn’t long until his friends (and rivals) wanted him to tune their systems as well. While he was not always the quickest or fastest at the strip, his systems certainly made incredible power. In 1994 Nitrous Oxide Systems (NOS) used his Suzuki/dyno chart in their ad campaign that ran from ’94 through ’96. He subsequently became an ‘NOS Jobber’ which allowed him to sell systems out of his garage. The relentless pursuit of power led Craig to hunt down a Stuska dynamometer that had been parked at the back of a Connecticut shop near the New York border. When timing (and funding) was right, he snapped it up and moved the unit to his N.H. garage. No sooner had he added computer data acquisition to the unit, a partner convinced him to lend his talents to local snowmobiler’s and the RhiNo Dyno (RnD) engine service was born. Mostly catering to snowmobile dyno tuning, RnD became Craig’s first web presence. It was only running for a short time when the development of an inertia dyno became important. “We needed to keep going through the spring and summer and I really wanted an inertia dyno. We converted the Stuska to semi-chassis, which was great for serious data collection, but too cumbersome for the average ‘ $25 dyno run’ that bike guys were becoming accustomed to.” He worked on a design and almost used the data acquisition from DynoPower in the U.K. “It was real nice stuff. Very easy to use and fantastic screen lay outs, but we knew John (the owner) was not keen on continuing the business, so future support would be limited.” The partnership eventually folded with some data acquisition hardware and software being sold to pay the bills. Meanwhile Craig continued with his Nitrous Oxide business. A new name adorned the new business, Hell Fire. It reeked of fury and combustion. That was what Craig and his wife (and new partner) wanted. Hell fire Nitrous gave a new spin on the business and allowed Craig the freedom to focus solely on motorcycles. At this time Craig began lending a hand to Ed Ryan in the activities around his NHRA ProStock Harley Davidson-Buell. Changes also took place in the business. The inertia dyno design and development was shelved in favor of the industry standard Dynojet 100 –200 series. The nitrous systems of in house design were also shelved in favor of the Nitrous Express units. “ I knew I could build better and more powerful systems than what was on the market previously, but when I saw my first Nitrous Express system I realized that they had the right product. Better than mine, better than everyone else. Right then and there we became an NX dealer Looking to upgrade the Dynojet lead to some dead ends. “I felt like I was begging the factory to sell me the upgrades to allow for static testing. Every request for an option I wanted added to the parts list had some sort of refusal or reason why I shouldn’t want it.” I was reviving my own load control when I came across the Dynostar equipment. Many phone calls later; I was traveling to visit the headquarters where I met many of the folks at the factory. I went through Demos and training and had meetings with hardware, software and electrical/control system engineers. The equipment was strong and well thought out. Their history of making test equipment for large automotive manufactures was shown in their attention to detail in the motorcycle dynamometers. “ Now Hell Fire is proud to offer its customers a full eddy current brake load control system with wheel slip indicator, real time torque read out, and wideband oxygen sensor. It is fully programmable offering step-and-hold and sweep testing, as well as simulated wind resistance (exponential mph/vehicle based load) and on the fly rpm/mph holding. We were so impressed, we worked with Dynostar to be come the North Eastern United States Representatives for the company. We offer demos for dealerships and shops that are serious about purchasing a dyno or dyno upgrade. Sorry but we do use our own bike for demos. Ricky Racer cannot just request a demo and get his bike mapped before track day for free. We can however take deposits via credit card for Dynostar dynos and can have a dyno shipping to you the very next day in most cases. * See www.dynojetupgrade.com for more details on these exciting new offerings form Hell Fire Performance and Dynostar. *Based on model availability. Watercraft - Motorcycles - Snowmobiles. Custom Engine Rebuilding - Machine Shop Service. Jetskis - Atvs - Motocross - Snowmobiles. HPT SPORTS Owned and operated by George Grabowski, High Performance Tuning is a custom precision engine building facility. Engine design techniques are taught by George personally in his two stroke computer-aided design school. Machining procedures are taught upon request in addition to shop services. Training is one-on-one, a unique asset not commonly found today. Students comment that they have received more insight in HPT's three day training course than in years of on-the-job training. Modifications to a modern power plant require high tech knowledge on an engineering level, which HPT Sports provides. After investing over $5000 in a motocross bike or $7000 in a personal watercraft or $9000 in a snowmobile, would you want anyone "experimenting" with modifications? Modern technology is reaching a high degree of precision, with digital ignitions, precisely controlled fuel injection, multi carburetion, and high horsepower output exhaust systems as just a few examples. The proper selection of heads, correct compression ratios, port time areas, impellers, nozzles, intake grates and ride plates is critical. This technology demands knowledge to produce desired results. Unfortunately many people have been taken advantage of by so-called "professionals" who are quick to advise on the selection of a product or application that yields a negative effect on overall performance, often resulting in blown engines. HPT's owner has invested over 40 years in engine building and machine shop techniques. Having had the privilege to work beside the most talented people in the industry has allowed Mr. Grabowski to select products that perform. This investment has qualified him to design and build your power plant, whether used for sport or race, to outlast and outperform the competition. His technical ability and precision in using flow bench and dyno technology, coupled with countless hours of field testing and racing, produces results. Many tuners, in building their machines to compete disregard longevity and dependability, to the dismay of their budget. At HPT, special attention provides dependable high performance service. Our goal is to get you the most for your money. People ranging from mechanics to business owners have expressed their gratitude regarding HPT's school, and George's willingness to share information in person and through his technical articles in Personal Watercraft Illustrated. In need of an answer? Crucial technical decision? Confer with an expert in two stroke theory and design. George at HPT Sports wishes to thank his many business associates for their excellent products and support. Boyesen, Coffman's, Falicon, Factory Pipe, Jet Dynamics, MSD, MRD, Mikuni, PWCI, Skat-Trak, TSR software, VP Racing Fuels, and Wiseco. Many thanks to the racers, teammates, and especially you, the competitor, who make it all possible. Happy motoring. George Grabowski HPT Sports USA

MR.TURBO - Motorcycle turbocharging, horsepower, performance, racing. Pull out almost any record book, check out any national event win roster from many of the "early days" in motorcycle drag racing, and you will find the name Terry Kizer engraved somewhere in the print. Since 1978, he's set so many milestones, collected so many wins, and amazed so many with the extreme horsepower that his Mr. Turbo systems could offer, that his name is now an icon in the performance industry. His credits include the first official seven second gas pass, the quickest Funnybike pass in history which held for for over six years (6.88-seconds), the most powerful streetbike (494 horsepower) in history, and the top speed for a streetbike (230 MPH). Terry Kizer is a nine time world champion. In 96 national events, he has earned 45 wins, 19 runner up's, and set 45 national performance records in the process. THE WORLD OF HIGH PERFORMANCE... The world has adapted to the every day affixation of hi-tech and hi-performance. Everything from their television set to the vehicles they drive. Factory cars and motorcycles are hot rods compared to their predecessors of yesteryear. Want an example, compare the 2000 Hayabusa or ZX-12 to an early Kawasaki H2 triple. Today's consumer demands maximum performance. Technology in any form of motorsports, places turbocharging and digital fuel injection at the top of the must have list. In the motorcycle industry, Mr. Turbo was, and is, the leader in bringing that technology into play. Not only for full blown race bikes, but for daily driven street warriors as well. MR. TURBO is the answer for the true high performance enthusiast, offering the highest quality in aftermarket fuel injection and turbocharging for the motorcycle industry. MR. TURBO is recognized as the leader in the industry for hi-performance at an affordable price. The low cost and low maintenance of turbocharging is the most reliable and efficient way to satisfy the consumers demands. How new is aftermarket turbocharging to the motorcycle industry? MR. TURBO has been creating hi-performance turbocharged motorcycles for street and strip for over 20 years. MR. TURBO has been setting performance records since year one and continues to set records every year to date. Each of their world championships were secured by zx111.jpg (17148 bytes)utilizing MR. TURBO equipment. Performance is the number one goal at MR. TURBO and the history of the numerous records and championships are the companies testimony, undisputed. MR. TURBO continues to test the latest technological breakthroughs each season with extensive in house dyno testing plus testing and competing at Houston Raceway Park and national event facilities throughout the country. The advances made on the track are passed on to the street bike applications for MR. TURBO customers, but, not all records set are reserved solely for the race only applications. Though we set a Funnybike milestone which held for over six years, (the worlds quickest turbo charged motorcycle at 6.82-seconds/199+ MPH), Mr. Turbo is most proud of the milestones set by their 100% street legal, and totally ridable, Kawasaki ZX-11. That bike claimed top speed during a recent Sport Rider Magazine Shootout, of 230 MPH. The answer to today's most reliable motorcycle high performance solutions are found at MR. TURBO. Mr. Turbo systems are made of the highest quality materials, and fabrication techniques. Our exhaust systems for instance are bent on computerized/mandrel tube bending machines. Then TIG welded, before being coated by Performance Coatings with their finest high temperature ceramic coating. A great deal of our parts are CNC machined from 6061 T-6 aluminum and 407 stainless steel. All hoses and fittings are tested for their abilities to withstand the high temperatures and pressures of a racing environment. Stainless hardware (bolts, nuts, fasteners, etc.) can be found throughout our systems as well as stainless reinforced exhaust gaskets, hoses and hose clamps. Every effort is made to assure long term reliability. Our systems are designed so that the average mechanically inclined rider can do it at home, with a few basic tools that they probably already have. Miniature view of http://www.resultone.com/ border= ResultOne Racing Technologies - Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA
Welcome To ResultOne! Software for Your Motocross Life. ABOUT: - We are Mickey and Dave Gonzalez, owners of ResultOne and creators of the Suspension Assistant. We have both been involved in motocross since we were kids so for years we’ve watched racers “adjust” their bike’s suspension. We have heard riders call suspension tuning “black magic.” We’ve watched riders turn the clickers the wrong way, mistaken compression for rebound, or rebound for compression. We have witnessed riders who leave the bike setup the way it came off the showroom floor. We’ve observed novice racers use the setup of a buddy, without questioning the fact the buddy is a pro rider whose 30 pounds heavier. But in all fairness, suspension tuning is NOT easy. It is technical, complicated, and frustrating. One setup doesn’t fit all. A rider’s weight and ability plus the track condition all factor into the equation. And with most bikes providing 10 possible adjustments, the level of complication can drive anyone crazy. Being serious competitive racers, we’ve worked for years at making our bikes handle as perfectly as possible. With each new bike, we spend hours and days testing, video taping, and driving to different tracks in search of the perfect conditions and roughness. We consult with suspension experts to discuss the different issues and problems we’re experiencing. We invest a lot of time into suspension tuning because we know from experience that confidence in the bike’ s handling reduces lap times! A lot of money can be spent on increasing horsepower, but that horsepower is of little value if the bike doesn't handle. From helping riders in our training classes or on practice days at the local track, and spurred on by the request of those who wanted help with suspension adjustment, in 1997, we started working on a product that would help racers easily and quickly adjust their bike’s suspension systems. The idea ended up on the back burner when it wasn’t possible to present the information as we envisioned. Several years later, when handheld devices arrived on the market, we finally had the perfect platform for our product. Now we could develop our idea into a handheld application that could be used anywhere, anytime. In 2003, ResultOne Racing Technologies was formed out of the desire to make our years of knowledge available to all racers. The Suspension Assistant is based on the suspension setup advice from suspension experts, responses from riders in our training classes and our own experiences from 30 years of racing. The application breaks down a suspension problem and takes it step-by- step to a solution removing the technical, complicated and frustrating aspects. The world's best info. site for motorcycle chassis, frame, suspension, forks, handling, steering, aerodynamics etc.. Loads of pics., articles, free software. Source for the best selling book 'Motorcycle Handling and Chassis Design'. GOOD PRODUCT ON OFFER: - Suspension Analysis Software: - The modern era in suspension design was initiated when Yamaha announced their "cantilever" system, and employed just one suspension unit. Initially the Yamaha version was designed for moto-cross to extend wheel movement, and this led to a wide variety of alternative rear suspension systems by several manufacturers. These quickly spread into most other forms of motorcycling, including racing and road use. Many of these "new" designs also incorporated movement geometries that gave varying degrees of progression. Whilst these progressive systems offer a much wider range of set-up options, they have also been the source of much confusion. Most people find it more difficult to understand the precise behaviour of the suspension action. It is usually necessary to go through awkward step by step physical measurement and tedious geometric plotting, to get an idea of the characteristics. This software is designed to make that job easy. It is only necessary to enter some dimensional data to automatically get detailed information about any suspension design. It becomes a rapid exercise to investigate many different permutations of any design.
